Cancellation and refund policy
The refund policy corresponds to the date on which the cancellation request is received as outlined below:
All cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing to iais2019@ia.gov.ae,with a copy to iais@bis.org.
Registrations should also be cancelled on the BIS portal.
In the unlikely event that the Annual Conference is cancelled by the IAIS and IA due to unforeseen circumstances, the registration fees will be refunded in full, subject to approval of the IAIS Budget Committee.
